Eligibility and Permitted Use

Customers must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding agreement to place an order. The website may be used only for lawful personal or authorized business purposes. Users may not interfere with website security or operation, gain unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape or copy content through automated means without permission, impersonate another person, submit false information, or use the website to violate law or third-party rights.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate account information, maintaining the confidentiality of credentials, and all activity under their accounts. Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access. We may suspend or restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect customers, the website, or the business; investigate misuse or fraud; or comply with law.

Products and Website Information

We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, images, ingredients, sizes, colors, availability, and pricing accurately. Display settings, manufacturer changes, typographical errors, or other circumstances may cause differences. Customers should review the current product label, ingredients, directions, and warnings before use. The Cosmetic Product Disclaimer is incorporated into these Terms.

Prices Taxes and Payment

Prices are stated in U.S. dollars and may change before an order is submitted. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, discounts, and other disclosed charges are calculated at checkout. Customers authorize the selected payment provider to charge the total displayed before the order is submitted.

A surcharge of up to 3% may apply to eligible credit card payments. The exact amount will be disclosed before purchase and itemized on the receipt. The surcharge does not apply to debit or prepaid cards. Any surcharge is subject to applicable law, card-network requirements, and payment-provider rules.

Orders and Acceptance

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of the order but does not guarantee acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order before shipment because of product unavailability, suspected fraud, payment problems, pricing or listing errors, purchase limits, shipping restrictions, or legal or operational requirements. If a paid order is canceled, we will refund the amount charged for the canceled items and any associated refundable charges.

Shipping Returns and Refunds

Shipping, delivery estimates, address responsibilities, damaged or missing shipments, returns, and refunds are governed by the Shipping Policy and Returns and Refunds Policy displayed on the website and made available during checkout. Those policies are incorporated into these Terms.

Promotions Discounts and Gift Cards

Promotions and discounts are subject to the conditions stated with the offer, may have eligibility or expiration limits, and may not be combined unless expressly allowed. We may correct or cancel a promotion applied contrary to its disclosed terms. Gift cards are subject to the terms stated at purchase and applicable law.

Communications

We may send transactional communications concerning accounts, orders, payments, security, shipping, returns, and customer support. Email and SMS marketing is sent only as permitted by applicable law and customer choices. Marketing consent is not a condition of purchase. Email recipients may unsubscribe through the message, and SMS recipients may reply STOP to opt out.

Reviews and Submitted Content

A customer who submits a review, photograph, comment, or other content confirms that the submission is truthful, does not violate another person’s rights, and may lawfully be provided. The customer grants Boujee Beauty Collective a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and adapt the submission for website operation and business promotion, subject to applicable privacy and advertising laws. We may remove unlawful, misleading, abusive, infringing, or irrelevant content.

Intellectual Property

The website, brand elements, text, graphics, photographs, design, and other content are owned by or licensed to Boujee Beauty Collective and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No license is granted except the limited right to access and use the website as intended.

Third Party Services and Links

The website may use or link to third-party services, including payment, shipping, social-media, and technology providers. Third parties operate under their own terms and privacy notices. Boujee Beauty Collective is not responsible for third-party content or independent practices, but this provision does not limit our responsibility for service providers acting on our behalf where applicable law provides otherwise.

Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free website operation. Any warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded remain in effect. Product-specific rights, express written warranties, and nonwaivable consumer protections are not excluded by these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Boujee Beauty Collective will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising solely from website use. Nothing in these Terms limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability arising from fraud, willful misconduct, or other liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.

Indemnification
